By registering for, booking, or attending any class or activity offered by this studio, including but not limited to dance fitness, bungee fitness, and any other physical programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
I understand that participation in physical exercise activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, injury, dizziness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and accept full responsibility for any risk of injury.
Release and Waiver of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, voluntarily release and discharge this studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation in any class or activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise to the extent permitted by law.
Fitness to Participate: I certify that I am physically able to participate in bungee fitness activities and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.
Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all safety rules and instructor directions, use equipment only as instructed, and ask questions if unclear about any exercise or equipment. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
Medical Authority: In the event of injury, I authorize the Studio and its agents to arrange or provide medical treatment and transport to medical facilities. I understand I am responsible for all medical and related costs.
Governing Law This Waiver is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with in courts of NSW.
Severability If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder continues in full legal effect.
